PBI-Canada will host a tour of human rights defenders from Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico during the last week of September 2008. We plan to host public events in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto.

The human rights defenders will speak about their experiences in struggling against systemic impunity of those responsible for committing human rights violations.
